What are all the symptoms if the flaffer in the damper control assy remain closed

For model number 243303001 damper control assy

Hi Alberto, thank you for reaching out. If you put your hand up to the damper, you should be able to feel the cold air coming through from the freezer. Mechanical dampers usually have a slide gate, which will open or close the damper. Therefore, the damper is not working if you do not feel cold air coming from the vent. It may be stuck closed, and you may be able to move it. We hope this information helps!
