Worn out motor was noisy
I watched the you tube video before ordering the part. The changeout is easy, but remove the plastic fan without breaking it, as one does not come with the kit. I took a few photos as I proceeded with the motor removal. The photos were useful later when reinstalling the parts. Don't forget to unplug the fridge.

Howling evaporator fan
Removed the plastic shroud (2 screws), then the fan support bracket (2 screws), and unplugged the wiring harness from the fan, then removed the assembly from the freezer. The wiring harness plug had to be removed from the bracket to remove the screw from the ground wire, then the bracket could be removed from the fan, and the fan blade was removed. Assembly was the reverse. It took some time to figure out exactly how the fan went back into the bracket so the wiring was in the correct spot....I wasn't paying attention to the fan orientation on removal. New fan worked like a charm. Thanks!

Replace Evaporator Fan Motor
Repair went fairly well with the video However, the small washer that was supposed to be in the kit was not there. I did not know this until I had removed the old motor. I placed a washer on the shaft of the fan as instructed, but I am not sure it was the right size, as it was loose on the shaft. The three connectors were in the plastic bag, but I did not need them.
