Tenant somehow damaged shelfing
I looked closely at how the crisper glass fit on the damaged cover removed the drawers, the glass and then the crisper cover which is actually the frame for the crisper drawers and the glass is what gives the front edge it's strength. My guess is the glass slid rearward from it's "pocket" allowing the center plastic to fracture. The fro nt and rear self trim was a different . I had to really study another shelf to determine the proper installation only to find out I had it upside down. Unreal this much damage to a two year old unit.

Replacing the top shelf trim.
The most difficult part was removing the old trim. It broke into several pieces as I removed it. I was worried about the glass shelf breaking so I gently pushed a pocket knife blade under the trim so that I could raise it enough to pull it off. The new one just snapped right on. Everything else was quite simple. This is the second time that I had to replace the meat drawer guide. It only has one little screw and the other end has a slot that slides over a tab. The handle was simple; slide off the decorative cap, remove the screws and replace. The kick plate grill was better designed than the original! It has a larger area that engages the oval holes in the bottom of the fridge. It popped right in and looks great. The whole refrigerator looks brand new now!!
