I replaced this part and the thermister and it keeps freezing product.

Thank you for your question. If your refrigerator is too cold and you have already replaced the electronic control board and the thermistor, there are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will also need to check the air baffle, the defrost thermostat, and the run capacitor. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts.
