Ice bucket was cracked and falling apart.
Remove ice bucket. Remove clip-on cover. Unscrew three screws with 1/4" nut driver. Auger system will easily pull away. Put auger system in me ice bucket and attach with three screws. Clip on the cover and place back in the freezer. This only took me a couple minutes and everything is in perfect working order now.

Ice bucket supports were cracked on both sides at the back of the bucket.
My husband removed the metal plate and auger from the old ice bucket by releasing the two screws holding them in place and installed them on the new bucket, making sure that the auger lined up with the large turn screw attached to the refrigerator when he put the bucket back in the freezer. Done! No problems at all and an easy fix.
