Product Description

This oven bottom panel forms the base of the oven interior, shielding the bake element from spills and helping distribute heat evenly. It protects internal components from damage and helps prevent odors caused by baked-on debris. Replace the panel if it’s warped, rusted, or causing uneven baking. Installation involves removing the old panel and fitting the new one into place.

Finish on old panel was cracked
Make sure the oven is cool before repairing. This is obvious but there is someone out there who will burn themselves, I am sure. Remove the two screws from rear of panel. Lift the rear edge and slide the panel out from under the front lip of oven. Slide the new panel under the lip and down into the the oven. Replace the two screws. It mig ht be tempting to leave the screws out as the is no place for the panel to go. Without the screws, the heat will warp the floor. Job done.
