A dual radiant heater supplies heat to a cooking area beneath a glass cooktop. Replacement may be needed when one zone does not warm, only the inner or outer section works, or the element has a visible break. Normal radiant burners cycle on and off, so cycling alone does not prove a failure. Check the control switch and connections first, then match the replacement by full model number, location, size, mounting points, and electrical rating.
