Mother In Law Fell Into Lower Door, Shattering Fascia
Pulled the oven away from the wall, then rotate/tilt the range/oven at 6 inches of clearance from floor to bottom of door,use lift blocks to hold that position. Using t20 torx, removed 4 bottom torx screws and 2 inside top corner screws. Fascia is now off. Remove handle, 4 torx long screws. Remove surrounding metal support by remo ving with 1/4 nut-driver 2 screws each side along bottom. Do not throw away plastic spacers/isolators, they will be needed for reinstall. Throw away shattered fascia, clean up all glass. Next reinstall metal frame with the four screws with the nutdriver, please reinstall the plastic spacers/isolators between glass panel and metal frame. Next reinstall the handle with 4 long torx screws. Now align the fascia cover with the oven door while its open. Reinstall top 2 torx screws. Now, proceed to bottom of door to reinstall 4 torx screws. Remove lift blocks, push oven back in its home. That's it, done. . . Easy.
