Turned electric power off at breaker box
Removed fan and element cover at back wall of oven by removing 4 screws
Removed 3 screws from element
Pulled 2 wires from back of oven wall
Removed wires from element easily pulling off connectors.
New element connected to wires, pushed back into back wall of oven
Attached element with 3 screws
Installed cover with 4 screws: done!
