This is a genuine OEM Amana replacement part. Is back guard end cap is often used on ranges and cooktops. Each range has two end caps, one on either side of the back panel. They are designed to cover and protect the side edges of the control panel. This end cap is for the left side of your appliance, the end cap for the right side is sold separately. This end cap is made of plastic, and it is white in color. You will need a screwdriver to successfully install this replacement part.
