Hello Juan, thank you for getting in touch. Repeatedly breaking valves almost always means something is damaging them rather than the valves. The most common cause is water cavitation. If the pump is not receiving adequate water supply due to a kinked hose, clogged inlet screen, or insufficient flow from the source, air bubbles form and implode inside the pump head under pressure. These micro-implosions create shock waves that crack and shatter valve components quickly. Check that your water supply meets or exceeds the pump's GPM rating and inspect the inlet filter screen for any blockage. It could also be due to a thermal shock from running in bypass mode too long. When you release the trigger the pump recirculates the same small volume of water which heats up rapidly within 60 to 90 seconds. This overheated water warps plastic valve components and damages seals. Also, confirm the thermal relief valve, part number FIX9921620, is functioning and venting hot water when needed. If it is stuck closed heat will destroy the pump internals repeatedly regardless of how many times valves are replaced. We hope this helps.
