Manufacturer Part Number N119739This part includes one carbon brush with a wire lead and brush spring attached. If the motor of your tool is running poorly, a common cause of this is a worn carbon brush. Carbon brushes should be inspected regularly because they are prone to wear due to friction. If you notice burning or smoke during the use of the tool, it is important to check not only the brushes, but the armature as well.

Manufacturer Part Number 330003-05This part includes a single bearing, and it is compatible with a variety of brands and model-types. This ball bearing has a metal shielding on both sides and is an OEM quality part. Ball bearings are used in power tools to lessen the amount of friction caused with the rotation of components. This limits the amount of stress put on the tool and allows it to run efficiently. Bearings are a common wear part due to the consistent pressure, heat, vibration, and friction. This bearing (and all bearings) require regular inspection and replacement.

Manufacturer Part Number 330072-98This power cord is used for power tools and some of the following tools: electric drills, reciprocating saws, jig saws, biscuit joiners, and routers. The power cord is made for double insulated tools and is a two-wire cord with two prongs, but it does not need a ground wire. If there are cuts in the cord insulation, intermittent power during operation, or damaged and bent prongs, then replacing the power cord will solve the problem. The tools needed for this repair are a Phillips screwdriver, small screwdriver, wire cutters/strippers, crimping tool, and terminal (ring or spade). Repair tip: During installation, remember that new cord wires must go correctly into wire terminals. Also, to avoid pinching when the tool case is put back into place, remember to route cord and wires in the right path.
