Part is not what is represented in oicture or text

This part is used on the Jet 12" Wood Planer. They are part of the mechanism used to raise and lower the blade height. Because of the issues Jet had with the plastic gears stripping, they replaced them with metal gears some time ago. This displays the metal gear and describes it as the metal replacement. The part that arrived is a plastic gear that does not appear to be a Jet part. I would suggest that you do not order this part as a replacement as it will suffer the same issues as the original plastic gear.
