This is an authentic part that is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for Hitachi planers, disc grinders, and jigsaws. When plugged in, the power cord transfers power to the unit. This part is made of flexible plastic and metal, it is also sold individually. For installation, you will need a screwdriver to remove any covers or shrouds, and a pair of needle nose pliers to aid you.
