It is a genuine replacement part which is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Bostitch pneumatic pliers. This special gasket provides an air-tight seal for the cylinder cap, over time gaskets tend to deteriorate and may crack eventually requiring replacement to ensure peak performance. It is made of high-quality composite material and it is sold individually.
