It is an authentic OEM sourced part which is specially made for Hitachi roofing coil nailers. The check pawl is an important component which triggers the push-feed function of the tool. It is an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty head cap that was originally installed on a new unit, please make sure to refer to the diagrams of your model for the correct location and application of this part. This high-quality pawl is made of durable plastic and is sold individually, keep in mind the pin to secure it and the spring are both sold separately.
