This replacement piston driver assembly is a key component of Bostitch nailers. It is the part of the nail gun that drives the nail into the material that is being used. Over time these assemblies do have a tendency to bend or break especially when working with extra hard material. To help extend the life of a pneumatic tool use the specified oil in it daily 4-5 Drops will do every time you use it. Please note this item includes one metal piston and one metal driver, however the rubber o-ring is not included it is sold separately. Replacing this piston driver assembly is a simple task that should only require a hex key also known as an allen wrench.
