Broken grill clips & cracked d00r cover
Used putty knife & pried Door cover off after removing 3 screws from Door. Removed handle & reapplied to new cover. Pressed Door cover on, applied screws than closed door, all done. TV

Filters and grill replaced.
My vent grill was broken. I used a screwdriver to remove the old grill and replaced the filter and grill. It was so easy. I am a 67 year old female and it was very easy to replace both.

Tabs holding vent to microwave oven broke.
Took out old screws, removed old vent - put in new vent. New tabs seem to be sturdier.

The grill vents lock tabs had broken off and the grill would not stay in place
Extremely easy installation if you note that there are four inline screws above the grill. Remove the two outside screws; partly unscrew the two inside screws; slot in the grille; retighten everything.

First of there weren't any instructions to go with the part
The part was packaged well and shipped quickly. Once unwrapped, I found no instructions as to how to install the grill. The old grill fell off and then I found the screws were stripped. Luckily I had a small set of tools with me. It took me 15 minutes to remove the old screws at the top of the old grill mount. Once that was done it t ook me another five minutes to figure out how to get the new grill to snap into place so I could tighten it down. Without instructions, I was worried the plastic inserts would break off before it was set into place properly. Finally, I was able to maneuver it with a flat head screw driver so that it all snapped into place and then was able to use the old screws (new ones were not included in the packaging) and it held even though the old screws were somewhat stripped. It looks great but it was a frustrating 20 minutes! Suggestion: Tools needed are a small flat head for maneuvering, small Phillips for the screws, Pliers to hold the lock washers while trying to remove the old screws and a lot of patience!

The vent grill became brittle and the supporting pieces broke off.
Removed the old grill and installed the new one. It was a perfect fit.

The grille vent tabs were broken
I used a step stool to reach the top of the grille with ease. I removed the broken tabs still in the holes. Lined up the grille vent with the tab slits. Screwed the two screws located at the top of the grille, and was done.

Plastic tabs on old grille had broken.
I had glued the old tabs a month ago, but they were too full of cracks, and the repair lasted just a few weeks. My wife was disappointed when I ordered the replacement grille, but it was cheaper than a new microwave. The installation was fairly easy. Had to bend and squeeze it a bit to get the part in position, and it took a little effort to get the mount aligned to install the screws that hold the grille in place. But everything was done in 10-12 minutes.

Cabinet extended out more than the depth of microwave; could not reach and remove screws holding damaged grille.
had to approx. measure location of screws underneath the cabinet and drilled 1/4 inch holes in bottom of cabinet from inside to allow me to remove the two screws. Then removed screws and old grille. Installed new grille with no difficulty. Patched holes in cabinet with wood filler. New grille absolutely fit perfect!! The grille arriv ed on the third day after ordering. Pretty reliable company I'd say. Thanks!!! Art

Mounting tabs on the vent grille were broken.
1. Remove the top mounting screws. 2. make sure all broken pieces are out of the mounting brackets & guide slots. 3. Straighten any bent brackets & bends in the case periphery. 4. Put the new grille in place making sure it lines up properly with the case. 5. Put the screws back in & tighten. EASY INSTRUCTIONS Take the old grille ou t. Put the new one in. Tighten the screws. Took less than 10 minutes, even straightening a couple of bent brackets.
