The power shut off on the microwave one morning. No power is going in the microwave. I figured I could just replace the fuse. Any suggestions/help?

Hi Keith, thank you for contacting us. First, you may need to make sure that there is power coming to the unit. The electrical outlet may not be getting power. To determine if the outlet is getting power, try plugging something else into the outlet. If the outlet is not getting power, check the home circuit breakers or fuses. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the thermal fuse, part number FIX2370184, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced.
