I have a frigidaire microwave, model no. FFMV1645TS, serial no. KG73410578. I cannot plug in my microwave without the back fan running on low. It has a high low off button but it is only operating between high and low, off shows on displays but will not actually turn off the fan. I believe it might be the thermostat, but not sure. Is this thermostat compatible with the model no. I provided?! Thank you.

We recommend you check the following parts: the thermostat, part number FIX12071304, the transformer thermostat, part number FIX12071309, and the fuse, part number FIX12071294. If they are not causing the issue, you may need to replace the control board, part number FIX16221444. Good luck with your repair!
