The convection portion of the microwave oven does not heat. Also, the microwave oven runs for 20 minutes even after heating something for as little as 30 seconds? Any suggestions on what is causing these issues?

Hi Francis, Thank you for your question. If the microwave continues to run after the cycle ends, you will need to check the door switches and the control panel assembly. If the convection portion of the microwave is not heating, we would recommend checking the temperature sensor. We hope this helps!
