how does this fuse attach to my lawn mower

If you put a new fuse in your lawn mower and it blows, this happens because there is either a damaged wire or malfunctioning part that is letting the electrical current to flow into the metal frame. To locate the issue, access the wiring and parts diagram from your owner's manual. You will need to test the wiring and the parts with a multimeter.
