Product Description

This part is an OEM from Craftsman for use with Lawn Tractors. The Steering pitman shaft helps stabilize the front wheels during turns. The most common reason for replacing the steering shaft is when the steering wheel will not turn the mower, but this is rarely the problem. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the steering shaft is a 3/4" socket, mallet, 3/8" socket, floor jack, pliers and a 9/16" socket.
