Remove small broken plastic cable barrel holder from handle bar mounted control lever with medium standard blade screw driver. Insert control cable barrel into the new replacement holder and re-install to the control lever using existing mounting screw. Order extra cable barrel holders and attach to tiller handle with wire or ty-rap so ... Read more you have them handy for future use. Easy to replace but tiller is useless without it. Each holder has an "L" or "R" marked on them for reference and must be the same as replaced.
