This is an authentic manufacturer made replacement part which is specially designed for use with MTD trimmers. The carburetor mixes air and gas before the fuel mix goes to the engine. Let the engine cool and drain the gas tank before starting this repair. You may need screw drivers and pliers to aid you in this repair.
