This is a single OEM blade bolt that is designed to secure the mower blade onto the lawn mower. It is used for both the mulching and bagging dual blades. A loose or damaged blade bolt could cause excessive vibration of your lawn mower or your blade not cutting the grass. The bolt should be regularly inspected to ensure it is secure and in good condition. When tightening the blade bolt be sure to check the recommended tightening torque for your specific model. For this repair, wear heavy gloves or wrap the sharp edges with rags, and remove the battery pack. Turn the mower on its side. If the bolt rotates with the motor shaft when loosening the bolt, turn the fan by hand to line up the holes in the fan with the holes in the blade, and place a metal rod with a diameter less than 1/4-Inches into the holes to stabilize the blade. Use a 14mm wrench to turn the blade bolt counterclockwise until it can be removed.
