The control handle set is part of the handle assembly on a lawn mower. It also sometimes referred to as the handle-locking clamp. This part includes the torsion spring (silver), parallel pin (silver), control handle (green), clamp block (green), and the rubber block (black rubber). This part locks and unlocks the side rails in the extended or the recessed position. This is one set, however there are two sets on every lawn mower, so this is a good time to inspect the control handle on the other side as well. The motor cannot be started unless both green handle-locking clamps are securely closed. This is an OEM set, made up of all parts sourced directly from the manufacturer.
