Wheel Assembly 2823662001

This is a single wheel assembly for your lawn mower. It has a black rubber wheel, with a plastic grey colored rim. If the wheel of your lawn mower is showing signs of wear, it will need to be replaced. For this repair, start by removing the safety key and battery pack. Use a flat blade screwdriver to pry the dust cover off the wheel. Use a 1/2-Inch (13mm) wrench to turn the bolt counter clockwise to loosen it. Remove the bolt, the damaged wheel, and the wave washer from the wheel axle. Mount the wave washer and the new wheel on the wheel axle. The round recess needs to be facing outward. Lock the wheel with the bolt by tightening the bolt clockwise. Mount the dust cover onto the wheel and push it into place. Keep in mind that the axle on the inside of the wheel should be lubricated at least once a season with light oil.
