This nose cone is the cover at the front of the impact driver. It helps hold the impactor, anvil assembly, and springs in place and keeps dirt and dust out of the tool. It also helps keep the bit holder working properly so bits stay secure during use. If the nose cone becomes worn, cracked, or damaged, the tool may not hold bits as well and performance may suffer. Replacing the nose cone can help the tool work properly again and protect the parts inside. This part is sold individually.
