Product Description

Strong fastening depends on the anvil holding the driver bit securely while carrying each impact to the screw or bolt. Wear or damage may cause poor bit retention, excess movement, noise, or reduced power. Test with an undamaged bit and inspect the chuck parts before ordering a replacement. Match the assembly to the full tool model and service diagram. Disconnect the battery, wear eye protection around spring clips, use only the approved lubricant, and test the repaired tool at low speed first.

Does this anvil use a bearing in the nose cone housing or a bushing to secure it? The anvil part number is N 439275.
