This is a genuine manufacturer sourced replacement carbon brush which is specially designed for use with Dewalt demolition hammers. Carbon brushes are a commonly replaced item that plays an important role by conducting current in an electric motor. It is advised to replace both brushes at the same time. Over time brushes will wear down eventually requiring replacement to maintain peak performance. It is a high-quality kit which includes two durable carbon brushes with attached lead wires, please note the brush holders are all sold separately.
