This is a genuine Dewalt replacement part. It is supplied directly from original equipment manufacturer for use with angle grinders. Brush arm cap hold the felt seal and the brush arm to the grinder. It is made out of yellow plastic and it is sold individually. Tools needed for this repair would include: phillips head screwdriver, small screwdriver and long-nosed pliers. • Remove side cover screws • Separate cover and remove paddle and lock button • Remove carbon brush • Remove brush arm screw • This will allow you to remove brush cap • Replace old cap with a new one • Reassemble in reverse order and test your tool
