rusted bottom panel
have an impact drill/driver with nut bits available and WD-40 on hand for badly rusted panels. A stiff wire brush and some high temp Rustoleum are needed to address new exposed rusted areas.

Bottom panel rusted out
New panel comes with directions from Weber so nothing is amiss there. You will probably want to scrape the loose paint and rust from the side and back panels where they make contact with the bottom. I hit them with some paint and it looks like it will last.
