Product Description

A burner that stays too high, will not turn down, or receives no gas may have a worn control valve. The valve sits behind the knob and changes fuel flow as the knob turns, allowing the flame to be adjusted. Before replacing it, inspect the knob, valve stem, burner ports, gas supply, regulator, and nearby tubing. Match the replacement to the complete appliance model, burner position, and approved fuel type. Let the unit cool, shut off the gas supply, and disconnect electrical power.
