- Fix Number:
- FIX10294771
- Manufacturer #:
- G356-2200-W1
- Manufactured by:
- Char-Broil
- Product Description
- This is the main burner tube for a gas grill. It is OEM certified, meaning it is an approved replacement part for your grill. This part also includes the mounting hardware for the crossover tube, two cotter pins and one stud screw. The burner tube is responsible for providing even heat throughout the grill through their small portholes. If you notice the flame looks uneven or weak, you will want to inspect their condition. They should be cleaned regularly as these small portholes can become clogged with debris. If they are at the point that they are rusty and corroded and are falling apart, they will need to be replaced. For this simple repair, you will start by removing the grilling grates and fire box or heat tents. Using pliers, remove the cotter pins that secure the burner and remove the carryover tubes. You should now be able to lift the burner out of the grill. Use a screwdriver to remove the ignition electrode. To install your new burner tube, do the same steps in the reverse order. Please note that these repair instructions may vary depending on your specific model, so please use them as a general guide.
