This authentic Breville Smart Grill Ribbed Plate is designed for use with the Breville Smart Grill. Made from cast aluminum, it features embedded heating sensors for faster preheating and even cooking. The ribbed surface allows for efficient grilling and searing, while the nonstick coating makes cleanup easy. When placed on the grill in the open-flat position, it doubles the cooking surface for added versatility.
