This fuel cap is a genuine replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is compatible with nearly 100 Powermate generators. This cap is designed to keep fuel inside the tank and prevent outside elements from contaminating the fuel. It is made of plastic and should be replaced if it is cracked, broken, or missing.
