This replacement carbon brush assembly is sourced directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Generac portable generators. Carbon brushes are a commonly replaced part as they are utilized to conduct the current in an electric motor which powers the equipment. Due to normal use and friction brushes will gradually wear down and eventually will require replacements. This high-quality assembly includes the holder and two durable carbon brushes with attached lead wires and springs. A screwdriver will be needed to perform this repair.
