This is an authentic OEM part. This shredding disc is made of stainless steel and was designed for use with Waring food processors to cut ingredients uniformly. It is an identical replacement for a missing or broken shredding disc that originally came with a new unit. To replace this part, simply set the disc over the metal shaft in the base of the appliance and rotate until it drops into place, making sure that it is pushed down securely. One item is included per order.
