I see two photos for two different parts. Does the metal square fit into the hub assembly?

Everything works on my appliance except the blender blade doesn't spin anymore. The food processor spins. The blade moves freely when I remove it from the base. I am not sure what the problem is.

Hi Patti, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, the issue could be with the lower coupling, which comes attached to the blade assembly, part number FIX10253533. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
