Will this guard fit my 8” blade. Why does it not just easily say “ fits 8” blade in description ?

Hello Scott, Thank you for your inquiry. The parts are specific to model, so it is not listed as compatible to all models with an 8 inch blade as per the parts lists we receive from the manufacturer. We do not show this part as compatible to the model number that you have provided. The compatible scabbard is part# FIX11861234. We hope this helps you.
