Refrigerator compartment too cold. Have adjusted temp on panel with no luck. Suggestions?

Thank you for your question. If your refrigerator is too cold, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the evaporator fan motor, the damper assembly, the temperature sensors and the electronic control board. Our refrigerator coils are freezing up, fridge then gets warm.. freezer works fine. once is defrosted, we see that the refrigerator fan is spinning, but the multimeter shows it below 2v. should i replace the fan? are there any other parts that might be making this problem that I need to replace? what are the part numbers?

If that does not take care of the issue, then the problem is most likely to be related to the Evaporator Fan Motor, part number FIX4138373.
