My icemaker is not dispensing water into the trays, icemaker assembly is new. Water dispenser works fine.

Hello Aaron, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the most likely cause is a faulty ice maker water inlet valve. Since the water dispenser works normally but the ice maker is not receiving water, the valve solenoid that supplies water to the ice maker may have failed while the dispenser side continues to work. Replacing the ice maker water inlet valve, part number FIX3618979, might restore water flow to the ice maker. We hope this solves your problem!
