I ordered a replacement freezer gasket seal through the app and website for the model listed. It doesn’t appear to fit into the track correctly. Is there a trick to get it in or did I get sent the wrong one?

Hi Matthew, thank you for the question. The gasket, part number FIX3408422, is compatible with your model. Make sure you ordered this gasket. We have attached some relevant instructions, which may help you while replacing the gasket:
1) Unfold the gasket and lay it on a flat surface.
2) Place lightweight objects on the areas that will not stay in place.
3) Use a blow dryer on a low heat setting to warm up any areas of the gasket that are still creased.
4) Gently massage to remove the creases.
5) You can also soak deformed sections of the gasket in hot water while massaging the gasket.
6) Remove the old gasket and install the new one.
