- This is a genuine OEM replacement timer knob for your dryer. It is made of white plastic, and includes the metal clip that fits onto a D-shaped shaft. Replacing this part is an easy repair, simply pull off the damage knob and push the new one into place. You may need a pair of needle nose pliers if the old metal clip has stuck to the shaft instead of coming off with the knob.

Shaft on rotary start switch snapped off
Unlpug dryer remove cover with allen wrench twist switch to remove move leads (spade clips) to new switch and snap into place.Replace cover and plug in dryer -- Repair complete very easy!!

easy, just took off broken old dial and inserted new one, video instructions were included with part.,

Dryer drum making a noise when turning a heavy load
Replaced the Drum Bearing Slides. One had come out of position and was not bearing the load properly. Remove the two screws that secure the top in place. Remove the top. Replace rear drum bearing kit
I followed the video. The parts of the video where they do steps in the process but is not shown are the toughest. For instance, pre-threading the part with new nuts without a power tool was horrible. Attaching to the drum was not easy for one person to do. They skimmed over this.
