Oven element was burnt out.
After I had all my tools it was very easy. I first watched the video on the website. I wasn't strong enough to pull out. So I shut off the circuit breaker. I first removed screws and then disconnet the element and reinstalled the new one.

Oven wasn't heating to temperature.
Needed socket, not screw driver to remove screws of old element. Removing old element was easy except for trying to retain connecting wires inside oven instead of losing them back inside oven wall and insulation. Eventually used piece of cardboard with slots cut into side to anchor wires inside oven, which made installation easier.

The baking element broke, snapped.
After not hearing back from several repair services, I decided to look into replacing it myself. I found the model number searched for the part number and viewed a video on how to replace it. I sent for the part from partselect.com and still do not know how it arrived so fast! I ordered it about 2:00 pm one day and it was here the next! I

viewed the video from the site, had my son view it, and we replaced the element without issue and have been baking ever since! The video walks you right through. We needed a flash light for visibility is all we added to it. Love this site!
