Touchpad would not respond
Sensosr was not the problem; checked with multimeter. Ordered new touchpad PS2357914 which arrived in 3 days. Watched video: and read instructions on this site. Turned off electricity. Followed directions removing screws and pulling oven away from wall. Removed old touchpad and installed new one attaching ribbons as directed. Put o ven back in place and turned on electricity. Set clock and checked all touchpad controls. Most time was spent in watching video and carefully rereading directions.

Wouldn't program, #'s on keypad quit working
Shut off breaker, took out 4 screws, 2 each side that go into cabinet that hold oven in, slid out oven bout 6-8" take screws out that hold control panel, fold down,remove ribbon cable and componentboard(4screws) put new control pad n reattach in reverse order.

Control Keypad on OVEN, certain numbers on the keypad (touchpad) would not work
Did not have to remove the oven door on this model. Removed 6 screws that were mounted into the cabinet and slightly pulled back the whole unit, enough to have access to the back of the touchpad. Then removed 4 small screws (two on each side of the touchpad). Carefully lifted the touchpad out and removed the (2) connections from the con trol panel that leads to the touchpad...then removed the touchpad and connected the new touchpad connections to the control panel and reassembled. Watched certain videos on the site.
