No water going into ice maker so no ice is being made but water coming out of water dispenser
For model number PSS26MSWASs

Hello Linda, thank you for reaching out to us. Usually, when there is no ice or water, it indicates two problems: either the water inlet valve is damaged, or frozen water. For the first, it is recommended to replace the water inlet valve (part number FIX1483564) and for the latter look into the water supply tube just above the ice maker to make sure there is no ice clogged in it. If there is, turn off the refrigerator and let the heat melt it. We hope you will find this helpful. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for your question!

The stripper arm had broken leaving pieces of it in the ice bin
My son-in-law helped me. He put the end on first that went over the pin and then slid the other end into the slot. We had read the other repair hints and noted that people said they had to make adjustments to their new stripper arm. When looking at our old one compared to the new one we noticed that there was as little notch (corner cut

out) at the top of the end that slides into the slot on the left end. When I didn't have any ice, I started to investigate and discovered that yes the tines were not lining up and although ice was made it could not be pushed up and out of the ice mold. So, he took out the part and cut the notch in it like the old one had using his pocket knife, and reinstalled it. Everything lined up and it works great now!

Would not produce ice
Simply pulled off the old stripper arm that had a broken flipper, it has a slat on one end and a notch on the other. Insert the slat into the groove and then the notch into the hole. BINGO. Had ice quite soon.
