My electric oven it gets extremely hot with out turning the switch on because of theat I had to disconnect from the outlet. What should I replace to fix it? Thank you.

Hello Grum, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the temperature sensor, part number FIX11762496. Make sure, it is continuous. It senses the temperature of the oven and sends the signal to the control board which then makes adjustments according to the signal. It is the most probable culprit.
