Fan not working in top section of refrigerator
Checked freezer section still cool. and working but no fan noise. checked compressor unit good. removed all contains in freezer unit. door, slider, trays and ice maker. remove panel in back to get to fan. tested fan with no luck. installed new fan and reinstalled everything. unit good!

Freezer working, refrigerator not cooling and no air coming out of vent.
Looked up the refrigerator diagram on your website and also referred to you symptom troubleshooting section which showed a possible evap fan motor problem. Removed old fan motor and bench tested it and it was not working. Ordered a new motor kit from this site and put it in and refrigerator works great. Thanks. Your website is a bless
